The word "songe" in French means "dream" but can also be used to describe the chimeras and imaginings dwelling in a person's mind. It's this second meaning of the word that Ryvage and actress Elsa Rauchs explore in their experimental, hard-hitting techno track “Songes”. The track, taken from Ryvage’s latest EP “Les Nuits I” released in July 2023, invites you to enter the mind of a woman who wants to lose herself in the night, even if it means leaving behind the codes and certainties of the day…

Originally produced for a nocturnal sound-walk project, "Songes" has been remixed by Etienne Jaumet (Zombie Zombie) in his unique and recognisable blend of modular synths & elaborate rhythm lines.
